 Shipping fees are always of 6.25 € on the Peninsula and 9.30 € for Islands and Ceuta and Melilla.

Orders are made on the Peninsula through GLS. Shipments to the Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are made through the post office.

International shipments are made to the following countries of the European Union:

United Kingdom, Andorra, Belgium, Germany, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark.

All international orders will be made by post with a price of € 18.95 for orders weighing less than 2kg. For weights in excess of 2kg rates range from € 37.95 onwards.

Once the package is sent to the customer is notified and is given a Tracking #, either Seur or Post, so you can always know where the merchandise.

 Delays in shipping

Delivery time is usually 4 to 5 days when there are no problem.

The company is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or other reasons beyond the control of the company.

For now, Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not made. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday depending on stock.

Loss or damage during shipping

The company responsible for the risk of loss or damage of items purchased by the buyer to the company before the transfer of the property (see definition below). The buyer is responsible for the risk of loss or damage of items purchased by the buyer to the company after the transfer of ownership.

Please Be: Place of Delivery

Note that it is the responsibility of the buyer, you have someone in the place where you will send the goods (preferably the workplace).

It comes under signature at home.

If someone is not available to accept the package, it is the responsibility of the buyer to collect the package from the distribution tank. In case of failure of delivery notice is left so that you can remove it within 15 days at the nearest post office.

Initial Shipping Charge

The shipping fee includes the cost of initial delivery attempt.

If COD, the customer must pay the order value plus the value of the shipment (as area) at the right moment to deliver the goods to get your order.
